Jouef 5006 Ho Ciwl sleeping car, registration 3892 based on UIC coach, blue livery, junior series. Length 277 mm. 
Screen-printed markings on the body, plastic black inter-car buffers/coupling buffers added, glazing and window framing in modeler version (originally without glazing), no interior fittings, detailed chassis underside with pipes, linkages, and brake cylinders, single-piece gray plastic bogie/coupling assembly, gray plastic Y24 type bogies clipped in, international coupling, metal wheels and axles. 
Very good condition, probably unused, complete, buffers ok, comes with replacement box.
