Paypal and CB payment also means an immediat payment!
Only exceptions are:
Payments by bank transfer must be received within 5 days of purchase.
Any purchase not paid  automatically opens a payment remainder and a cancellation after 24 hours.

We ship worldwide.
All our shipments are in parcel via La Poste’s Colissimo Expert, which includes tracking number and insurance (in option).
All items are carefully packaged in a professional manner, to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
Items are shipped the same day or the day after receipt of payment (business days).

No shipping through Mondial Relay.
No shipping through regular unregistered mail.
No sending to Post Boxes or in Remaining Post.

As part of the Paypal Merchant Protection program, we will ship only the adress as registered in your Paypal account.
Shipping costs are determined based of weight and dimensions of the package, and its country of destination. We understand that international shipping can be sometimes expensive. That’s unfortunately the way it is, and we don’t make any money of shipping fees. Please don’t ask for “cheaper shipping method”. There is none available.
Hand delivery is always welcome. All items can be picked up in our retail store in Paris, France. It is located at 2 rue du Grand Prieuré, in the 11th district. Store is open from Monday thru Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
For shipments outside the European Economic Community : we do not make any false customs declaration for export. Buyer is responsible for the payment of any tax or customs clearance fees that may be claimed by the customs authorities of his country.

Returns and After Sales Service:
In case of problem, please contact us immediately upon receiving of your order.
All sales are final. That means that free return can be accepted only if item suffered substantial damage during shipping or arrive in a condition that would be very different from what was pictured/described in the listing.
For all other reasons, such as "I changed my mind", "the object does not match what I imagined it was", "I made a mistake buying it", "my child / my grandmother / my cat bought it without my consent "," someone was offered it to me in the mean time "," I found it elsewhere ", etc ..., that are not of our responsibility, buyer will have to pay for return shipping costs.
As a reminder, and to avoid any potential disappointments: the detailed photos and the description of the article are there to precisely show items to buyers. Take the time to look at them carefully. What you see is what you’ll get. In addition, we are always available for any request for additional information. Any question about an item must be asked before your purchase.
Every item that is returned to us is carefully inspected. Any item returned that does not correspond to the one sent, is returned incomplete, or has been exchanged/swapped or damaged by the buyer, won’t be refunded.
Last but not least: we do not accept requests for partial refunds for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be refunded in full after you return the item, as stated above.
