Jouef 8282 Ho Sncf 140 C 231 Type Consolidation Ouest steam locomotive with tender 18 C 436, black livery, weathered, dirty. 
5-pole 12V DC motor, one flanged axle, raised lettering 140 C 231 on the front beam. Total length 230 mm. 
Very good condition, no box, buffers, templates & footboards ok, cabin handholds broken, the left rear corner of the tender is broken, tested, works, a few jerks, hasn't run for a long time, a little cleaning and lubrication will do it a lot of good.
