Jouef HJ 2038 HO Sncf electric locomotive Type 2D2 Series 5500, registration 5525, nicknamed 'Pig Nose.' Era III. 12 V DC. 
Green plastic body, screen-printed markings '2D2 5542' and SNCF on the sides of the body, articulated pantographs, spring buffers, two-part metal chassis, raised markings Jouef and Made in China on the chassis, CE marking on the chassis, black-painted chassis, 12-volt motor in central position with 2 flywheels, driven by straight gears, 4 driven axles (axle arrangement 2BB2), 2 axles with diagonal banding, blued axles, reversed white and red lighting, NEM box couplings, length: 204 mm. 
Near new in box, barely or never run, some detailing neatly added, digitized, the NEM 652 digital interface has been removed (it’s in the bag) and replaced with a Sai 1180 decoder, the Nem box board has been removed on one side along with the wheelsets and various detailing parts placed on the buffer beam on the same side, tested in analog, work perfectly, with manuals, box in good condition.
