Condition : Very good condition. 1977 Version with brown roof, carpet on the sleeping room at the first floor, white electrical switch - Comes with it own removable front facade, 2 non-electrified ceiling chandelier in the basement rooms. Please note it is missing on the doors of the balcony 1 door handle and showing some paint wears on back, and regarding the removable facade there is 2 mm broken on the handle of the white door and 15 mm on one window sill on the inside - See pictures for more details.
