Roco 43208 Ho Db 030 BR 80 033 tank locomotive, black livery with front lights working in both directions. 12V DC analog. 
Length 113 mm, loop couplers. 
Very nice condition, no box, buffers ok, missing a step on the right rear ladder, tested, works well in both directions, lights flicker a bit, probably the bulb is a bit loose.
