This item is a soft vinyl ad panel, made for photograpy and specialty stores. It was used to promote the 3-D View Master Tintin Club, from the eponymous graphic book series from Hergé, and comic book magazine in 1961.
Art by famous illustrator Jean Le Moing (1929-2012), who drawn all of the Club Tintin adverts, and also created in 1969 tough guy "Malabar", who became the mascot for the famous Cadbury bubble-gum brand for almost 40 years.
