MINT IN BOX.
This is a prototype figure realised by Charlee E Flatt for his own brand Flatt World in the late nineties.
When Charlee Flatt decided to create some high quality action figures from his favorites heroes, he created prototypes of Dracula (Bela Lugosi), Zorro (Antonio Banderas) and also The Ghost Who Walks.
Only the Dracula project was finalized and commercialised in its own box.
But Flatt World quickly experienced too much problems with licensing, production and money, and the rest of the line was never produced.
We know two differents prototypes on the Phantom character ; one sitting on his trone and that standing one .
The box is like a Mego box, because the Phantom, as well as the Zorro prototype, have never received a personalised packaging.
There is also a certificate of authenticity signed by Charlee E. Flatt himself.
